We deliver Pilates, therapies and Personal Training to support and improve your range and quality of movement. Pilates builds an outstanding physical foundation for any wellness programme to build core strength, balance and great technique through safe and challenging training. Our Reformer Pilates classes are taught in studio by dedicated instructors using our X-Club method.

Our drop-in gym allows members to supplement their training through a range of quality fitness equipment. We also offer expert movement advice and guidance on our blog, plus online access to on demand classes and training programs.

PILATES CLASSES

We combine refined Pilates methodology with effective fitness techniques using expertly crafted reformers and bespoke equipment. We believe that agility is the key to human potential, both physically and mentally, and our mission is to help everyone fulfil this potential. Whatever your goal, there’s something for everyone. Choose from our 3 classes which offer various Pilates benefits and suit all abilities from beginners to advanced.

1:1 Pilates SESSIONS

Pilates is the most amazing method to help you to reconnect your mind with your body, realign your articulations and balance your muscles. For members seeking additional support or specialist training, our 1:1 coaching provides bespoke Reformer training, tailored to your specific needs. Guided by one of our Pilates experts, you will receive full attention in your journey to recover from injury, to get stronger and to move with freedom.

 
 

Personal Training

We’re committed to coaching our community and beyond our classes, we offer special Personal Training sessions to supplement your training. Whatever your goals, our expert trainers are ready to support you on your health and fitness journey with a range of individual workouts and exercise plans to provide you with the full spectrum of movement conditioning.

 

 

ON DEMAND CLASSES

We love to welcome our members in studio, but we know that sometimes, life gets in the way of your wellness goals. We have a range of engaging, restorative and energising on demand Pilates classes available online to suit your lifestyle and fitness needs.

 

CHALLENGES

Running in January, March, June and September, our challenges are designed to push you to change your body and perspective. You’ll have access to 16 classes per month and we’ll track your attendance and progress. You’ll also have access to our drop-in gym and on demand classes during this time. Members looking to take part in challenges will be able to upgrade for the month to receive the extra classes and benefits.
