  • Carolyn has over 20 years experience working as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Clinical Specialist both in the NHS, Rambert Dance Company, Central School of Ballet and private practices. Carolyn believes that everyone can benefit from Pilates and that it is an investment in our health, improving the way we move and preventing pain and injuries.

    She has experience of working with a wide range of clients and is focused on a holistic, functional treatment plan tailored to the needs of the individual. She helps clients understand and manage pain, achieve freedom of movement and feel better.

  • Shreya is a MSc Physiotherapy student, with a Level 3 iTEC qualification in Sports Massage and has experience in providing deep tissue, sports massage and whole body holistic massage to clients. She is very passionate about what she does and also incorporates exercises for clients to provide further relief. Shreya has deep knowledge of the anatomy and works to create bespoke outcomes, making people feel incredible benefits from massage and movement.

  • Miriam has enjoyed a long career as professional dancer having trained at Elmhurst Ballet School. Since retiring from dance, Miriam trained with The Body Control Pilates Association, allowing her to open her own Pilates business.

    She now has more than fifteen years of experience, working with a diverse range of clients. Miriam is now studying for a degree in psychology, to specialise in sport psychology, as she recognises the vital connection between mind and body.

  • Amanda brings a great passion for Pilates, with training extending to physiotherapy and many areas of wellbeing, Amanda has been working with long-term high-profile clients for over a decade and appearing at Pilates studios all over London, promoting wellbeing, injury prevention and health advice to change how people perceive health. 

  • Joe has an ITEC level 3 massage qualification and several years of experience, specialising in Deep Tissue Massage and Holistic Massage.

    With a background in stage performance, Joe became acutely aware of the impact high-stress environments have on our lives and how this can be managed. Knowing all too well the effects of this high-stakes lifestyle, Joe trained as a Massage Therapist to help others in similar situations.

    Joe trained for 8 years as an Opera Singer which required a deep understanding of the body and physical awareness, making him very passionate about how breath relates to stress and pain management. He also draws from his understanding of the Alexander Technique within sessions to help improve balance and reduce strain in the the head, neck and spine. Joe’s experience with injuries stemming from stress and psychosomatic symptoms, has also deepened his understanding of pain management and rehabilitation through a range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.

  • Through her career as a professional dancer, Brighid turned to Pilates back in 2019. She was amazed by the strength, control and energy you could achieve through adding Pilates to your weekly movement. Whilst living abroad in the Middle East she found a passion for teaching and guiding others to become more confident, find a love for exercising and improve their fitness ability.

    Brighid moved back to London last year to continue her Journey within Pilates and is excited to share and express how important physical exercise can be not only for your body but for your mind.

  • Teagan is a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Having gained her qualifications in Australia, Teagan started her career in the fitness industry in 2017, working as a PT, Health Coach and a Group Fitness Instructor. Teagan also has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is passionate about the positive impact that physical exercise has on mental health and wellbeing. Teagan has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, helping them to feel strong, healthy and empowered.

  • Lakaei joins the team as Therapist specialising in sports and holistic massage.

    Sport and exercise have always been an integral part of Lakaei’s life, Having acquired a Bachelors degree in Sport Science, Lakaei enrolled in the KX Education and Development program. Having spent years as a PT, Lakaei uses his knowledge to supplement his massage, making his treatment style ideal for everyone from avid sports goers to novices.

  • Demi trained professionally as a dancer. Coming from a personal struggle with a knee injury, Demi turned to Pilates to keep her strong and shares her learnings giving exceptional technique and rehabilitation through the power of structure movement. A class with Demi is enchanting, sequences and effective.

  • Melissa is a renowned Nutritionist BSc and Mindset Coach as featured in Women’s Health Magazine and BBC Radio. ⁠She has coached 100s of clients worldwide on their relationship with food, gut health, weight loss and more, helping people to feel better from the inside out. ⁠Her coaching supports those who enjoy food but are frustrated with fad diets and low confidence in their body. Melissa's goal is to change people's relationship with food so they can achieve the health and body they want without being preoccupied with food and calorie counting. Melissa feels honoured to see life changing results internally and externally through her work and is available for consultations to support your goals. ⁠

  • Ross has been in the fitness industry for 13 years, having started out as a Gym Instructor at a private health club.

    He later developed into a Level 3 Personal Trainer, utilising his rugby, rowing, football and wrestling experience to provide specialised training for clients. Ross is a Notting Hill local and has experience across many fields which he has used to train a variety of clients from fitness regulars to complete novices. A man of many talents, Ross also holds qualifications as a Boxercise PT and Class Instructor, TRX suspension Trainer, Advanced Stretchologist, Olympic weight lifting and Swedish Massage

  • Thomas is a professional performer and Pilates Instructor working across both industries. Thomas is passionate about the Pilates method and how it can help anyone move and feel better.

  • Aylin is a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and a Yoga Teacher, specialising in Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Equipment Pilates classes. With a profound dedication to both disciplines, she endeavors to unite their transformative effects on the mind, body, and spirit. Aylin completed her Pilates teaching qualification at the Garuda Pilates Studio and obtained her yoga teaching certificate from the East London School of Yoga. Additionally, she holds a Buff Bones certificate, a medically endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health.

    Her teaching style is characterised by clear instructions and a mindful approach, incorporating proper breathing techniques to guide her students on a holistic journey. With experience teaching clients ranging from 10 to 80 years old, Aylin is adept at tailoring her sessions to suit diverse needs and abilities.

    Aylin takes pride in her ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, whether they are seasoned movers or new to physical activity. Her goal is to empower each client to unlock their potential and cultivate a profound appreciation for the transformative power of movement.

  • Virag is a Paediatric Physiotherapist MCSP, HCPC and APCP. Having graduated from University of Pecs with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, she has expanded her adult musculoskeletal experience across private clinics and the NHS.

    In 2022, she obtained her MSc in Paediatric Physiotherapy at UCL. Virag currently works with children from pre-term to teens, assessing, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological and other complex conditions. Having worked at Croydon Health Services for the last few years as a Senior Rotational Physiotherapist, she also leads a paediatric strength conditioning group, accessible to all children alongside her Pilates sessions.

    She has a special interest in paediatric strength training as she believes that children’s strength and ability are frequently underestimated. Virag is also trained in dry needling, spinal manipulation and manual therapy techniques.

  • Cerys is a Physiotherapist and Reformer Pilates Instructor with a strong passion for promoting women’s and pelvic health. Cerys is passionate about using her deep anatomical knowledge to ensure each client receives a personalised programme aimed to help them reach their potential.

  • Caroline has had a passion for dance and movement since childhood. Having previously worked in law, she took a complete 180 turn at 27, and decided to pursue her original passion and retrain as a Pilates Teacher. A couple of years later she embarked on an adventure to India to train as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and then on to train with Birthlight as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher.

    Caroline has run many Pilates Teacher Training programmes and workshops, having trained Pilates Teachers from all over the UK.

  • Victoria is a certified Master Trainer (eRYT500), continued education provider (YACEP), an internationally recognised teacher. She is the creator of the Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness program for One Spa World and London Wellness Academy with her classes being taught at more than 165 locations around the world.

    She has been in the wellness industry for nearly 2 decades, teaching clients how to improve their health with programs customised to their lifestyle. She has tutored more than 8000 people in her classes, and shared her understanding of mindfulness and philosophy integration. In her spare time Victoria runs specialty Love Life retreats and workshops around the world, giving people the skills they need to change their mindset and get more enjoyment in their lives. Her passion is teaching and sharing with others to help make the world a better place.
