Every Wednesday at 12:30-13.20, join Grace our Physio-ledReformer class—fun, supportive, and designed to challenge you.

A clinically informed approach to reformer Pilates that retrains how your body moves, stabilises, and produces force—designed by our in house physiotherapist Grace Heinrichs to build strength, resilience, and long-term movement health.

  • Unlike traditional reformer classes, this session is grounded in neuromuscular re-education and preventative rehabilitation—what we refer to as pre-hab. Rather than simply exercising, the focus is on retraining how the body moves, coordinates, stabilises, and produces force, creating a stronger and more resilient foundation for movement.

The fusion of reformer and functional strength will transfer into your daily life, work and sport.

We focus addressing common impairments we see in every day in the clinic, using exercises that are intentional, adaptable and clinically informed.

  • Each session builds on the last, combining reformer Pilates with mat-based, functional strength work commonly used in a physiotherapy setting. This progressive approach supports long-term improvement, ensuring movement patterns are reinforced and developed over time.

  • The fusion of reformer work and functional strength is designed to translate into everyday life, work, and sport. Sessions address common movement impairments seen in the clinic, using exercises that are intentional, adaptable, and clinically informed—supporting better movement, reduced injury risk, and improved performance.

  • This class is suitable for a wide range of clients; whether you’re an active individual looking to refine movement quality and performance, easing back into group exercise after injury or time away, new to group classes, or simply wanting a more intentional, supportive approach to training.
