  • Lyndon is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer & Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner and Mindful nutritionist. He has been curating in many fields across the Arts and Wellness spaces for over a decade. Having performed or facilitated at some of the UKs biggest stages and festivals. He has spent many years building his craft and expertise and brings forward his approach being - “Holistically Artistic” into every aspect of life. Passionate about authentic expression, wellbeing and optimising lifestyle. Lyndon will invite you into a warm encouraging and electric space to connect your mind body & soul.

  • Dylan is a highly qualified and dedicated personal trainer & Pilates Instructor at X-Club, with a diverse skill set to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively. Dylan’s expertise spans across multiple areas of fitness, including strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and functional training. With a passion for helping individuals build sustainable fitness habits, Dylan creates customized workout plans that focus on strength development, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being.

  • With over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Peter is a Reformer Pilates instructor working with actors and elite sports professionals across film, television, and high-performance sport.
    Drawing on a background in sports therapy, strength & conditioning and personal training, Peter delivers discreet, highly personalised Reformer Pilates sessions with a focus on strength, mobility, rehabilitation, and sustainable performance. His approach is informed by the specific physical demands of both screen and sport, emphasising precision, control, and intelligent movement.
    Peter’s work seamlessly integrates clinical expertise with refined movement principles, offering a premium Reformer Pilates experience for clients who expect the highest level of professional care.

  • Olivia is originally from Vancouver, Canada and has been passionate about movement her entire life as a long-time athlete. She fell in love with Pilates for its ability to build strength, mobility, and a strong mind–body connection. In her classes, Olivia brings positive energy and an uplifting atmosphere, creating fun, challenging sessions that leave clients feeling stronger, refreshed, and confident.

  • Rumi began her journey at X-Club in Client Experience in Notting Hill, thriving through interaction with clients and, all the while, falling in love with Pilates. Over the years she has achieved X-Club Academy Mat & Reformer Training to deepen her knowledge of the practice, where she now passes on the healing benefits and empowerment brought to her through Pilates.

With a background as a professional dancer, Broghan teaches strong and empowering classes rooted in control, alignment, and flow.     Alicia will help you achieve physical strength, mental clarity and spiritual balance through
    the practice of Pilates, with a holistic approach that combines the precision of Pilates with
