The X-Club Method is a results-driven approach to reformer Pilates, combining refined Pilates principles with effective fitness techniques. Using expertly engineered reformers and bespoke equipment, we build strength, flexibility, and functional agility. Our mind-body training improves movement precision, awareness, and confidence — helping you unlock your full physical and mental potential.

Flow is our technical foundation class. A great way to create movement, improve balance and stability, it’s ideally suited to newbies and regulars alike. With a focus on building core strength, this class will improve and empower pre and post-natal members as well as those requiring rehabilitation.

Our signature X-Club method is a dynamic Reformer Pilates class with a focus on core, strength, muscle engagement, flexibility and breathing. An experience like no other, it’s ideally suited to members who want to improve their athletic performance, posture and balance.

Sequence offers a range of benefits through combined Pilates methodology and effective fitness techniques. Using fluid, atmospheric, and rhythmic Reformer Pilates, Sequence builds strength and adds a layer of mind engagement through sequenced movements to fulfil any goal.

MIND
We believe that to have a healthy, happy life it’s important to have a healthy mind. Specialist sessions start with a mind touch point to ease you into a positive mindset. We provide meditation, mindfulness and breathwork masterclasses to give you support and guidance as part of your everyday routine.
MOVEMENT
We deliver Pilates and Personal Training to support and improve your range and quality of movement. Our Reformer Pilates classes are taught by dedicated instructors using our special X-Club method, we offer 1:1 and group classes. Members also have access to our drop-In Gym for solo training.
NUTRITION
Providing your body with the right nutrition is essential to achieve optimal performance in every aspect of your life. We support your journey with advice and recipes in our blog, plus a range of nutritionally balanced items available in studio or online, including pre/post workout, natural shakes and energy balls to fuel your body and mind.
THERAPY
Our body also needs support to restore, rehabilitate and recover. Our Physiotherapists and massage therapists provide a wide range of assessments and treatments to improve function, aid recovery, manage pain, facilitate healing, and improve overall health and wellbeing. Whatever your needs, we provide a strong foundation for improvement.
